At Méridien, we have always been forward-thinking, innovative and seek to develop homes that better meet the needs of our communities. Our approach to NDIS-SDA was to gain insights from participants and their support teams to better understand how we can build a better home. We listened and found out what matters most.

The Méridien SDA Studio Homes are homes that deliver more personal space than any other SDA home with design elements that are adaptable to what the individual person needs.

The Studio Concept

A home within a home

Typically, an SDA home provides a bedroom and bathroom for each participant, and in most cases, the design meets the minimum design standards and requirements. Each “Studio” provides participants with so much more:

Spacious bedroom
Fully equipped HPS bathroom
Multi-purpose room that is adaptable to what you want it to be
Private courtyard
Plenty of storage

Your “Studio” is like a home within a home and also includes reverse cycle air conditioning and a big screen TV in the multi-purpose room.

The Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) is your adaptable space to make it what you want it to be – imagine a study, private living area, gym, treatment room . . .
